At Lush and Pure Soaps, your satisfaction is very important to us.
We pride ourselves on delivering handmade, high-quality products, and we want you to love your purchase!

Change of Mind

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help!

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at lushpuresoaps@gmail.com

  2. Include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

    • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and offer a suitable resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on the situation.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at lushandpuresoaps@gmail.com with your Order Number and details.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Opened or used products

Return Shipping (if applicable)

If a return is approved:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
