Processing Times

All orders are handmade, packed, and dispatched with care.

Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or Large Orders: May require an additional 1–2 business days.
We will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days - Flat Rate $8.95

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days - Flat Rate $13.95

Free Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days - Orders over $75

Free Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - Orders over $150

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., postal delays, public holidays).

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from Eden Hill, WA.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email or SMS to arrange a collection time.
Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout if you wish to use this option.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally.
We do not ship to PO Boxes for Express orders — please provide a residential or business address.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Lush and Pure Soaps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been handed to the courier.
If your order appears delayed or missing, please:

Check your tracking information.
Contact the carrier first.
Then contact us at lushandpuresoaps@gmail.com if further assistance is needed.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
